My name is Liz Watson. I am a mother, an artist, a lover of humans, and a pursuer of knowledge.

I am here to share my personal experiences in dealing with the challenges of everyday life as a single mom, creating a healthy lifestyle, raising a child in a nurturing home while nurturing my own inner-child, co-parenting, relearning my core values, and healing from trauma.

Consider this my online diary as opposed to any step-by-step guide although while writing about my experiences I will share the tools and skills that have worked for me and have aided me on my journey of personal growth and authentic living. Like many, I experienced moments of doubt and uncertainty when I first embarked on this writing journey. I questioned whether my words held any significance, whether they would resonate with others or simply vanish into the vast expanse of the internet. But as I delved deeper into the craft, I discovered a truth that forever changed my perspective.

My experience in Restaurant Service and Brand Development

As a service industry professional with a passion for people and creating a unique experience, I have a hands on background in consumer knowledge. My journey in the service industry began at just 15, where I first learned the importance of customer experience. After six years of restaurant and bartending experience, I found myself naturally drawn to the creative side of business, evolving into my current role as a marketing director and graphic designer for a well-known restaurant and music venue.

Over the years, I’ve worked on building brands from the ground up. I’ve had the privilege of opening and branding a diverse array of establishments and personal brands, including a political campaign, private businesses, clothing brands, a restaurant, a cigar lounge, and a private bottle service lounge. This experience taught me not only about effective branding but also about how to create an environment that tells a story and engages customers before they ever arrive at your establishment, acquire your service, or receive your product.

Today, I manage social media accounts and oversee brand development, utilizing a broad skill set that includes social media management, content creation, and graphic design. I also run my own digital marketing service, where I get to bring other business visions to life.
